The Paz 70 Stretch Boots in Ginger Suede by Inez shoes have quickly become one of my favorite fall boots. I tested this pair over the past two months to get a real sense of how they fit and feel before writing this review, and I’m excited to share my honest thoughts!
Living in New York City, comfort is super important when it comes to footwear. Finding walking shoes that keep up with my busy days and nights out is a true win.
With a cushioned insole and arch support, these Paz 70 block heel booties have really impressed me. It strikes just the right balance of style and comfort, which is exactly what Inez shoes are known for.

About Inez Shoes
Before trying out a brand, I’m always curious about its history. After looking more into it online, I learned that Inez shoes was founded by creative director Hannah Spinelli who has more than 15 years of shoe design experience at top fashion houses.
Each pair regulates pressure with every step you take. Inside, there are plush insoles made with kidskin leather lining with layers of foam technology.
The collection is made with Spanish craftsmanship in a third-generation family factory in Elda, Spain. Artisans perfect every intricate detail before they land on your doorstep.
Paz 70 Boots: Unboxing
The package came in a pretty black shoe box with a white floral design. Inside, each shoe is individually wrapped which helps protect the material. I was so glad that the light brown color is exactly like the shade shown on the website (the color varies in these photos depending on the lighting).
The suede looks luxe and I started thinking about all the outfits that I can pair them with. Another factor that I love is that the sole has a grip that makes them less slippery and easier to walk in.
Note: Try them on before removing the clear sticker on the sole since they’re not returnable if the sticker is off.
Design Elements
As a lover of versatility, I chose the Paz 70 boots in Ginger Suede. This mid-heel bootie has a just-right lower heel height of 2.8 inches (70mm). These are easy to walk in and the design can seamlessly transition from day to night events.
Although I have lots of block heel boots in my footwear collection, I didn’t have any in this tan color until now. This pair has a timeless feel reminiscent of quiet luxury and old money style. Featuring a snip-toe design—a pointed toe with a squared tip—it’s both comfortable and chic.
Fit And Comfort
I typically wear a size 6.5 in shoes, and that’s the size I ordered for the Paz 70 boots. They’re a perfect fit with socks. This style is true to size and come in two options: standard width and roomy width.
The first time I wore these boots was for a dinner date at Nomo Kitchen (side note: it’s such a good restaurant in NYC worth trying!).
I was in a rush, so I quickly put these on and raced downstairs to catch a car downtown. I wore them throughout the night and then took a stroll through Little Italy, walking several blocks. These boots are a great fit that happily surprised me since they didn’t need a break-in period and felt comfortable right away.
The proprietary plush insoles with arch support make them stand out compared to other pairs in my shoe collection. Throughout the past couple of months, I’ve also worn these to daytime events and love how versatile and easy to match they are.
P.S. These shoes also come in a similar style with a higher heel called the Paz 90 boots. They have a 3.5 inch block heel (0.7 inches taller than the Paz 70 boots). There are also different color options in this style such as Soft Bronze, Rye Suede, Black Suede, Chalk Nappa, Black Calf, and Saddle Calf.
I haven’t tried the Paz 90 boots with higher heels, but wanted to mention that the website notes they run a bit small. It suggests going up a half size, unlike the Paz 70 boots, which are noted as true to size.

Quality And Durability
After wearing these boots a few times each week for two months, how do they hold up? To be honest, suede is hard to keep in pristine condition but this pair is still in really great shape after wear. There are a few creases but that’s pretty much bound to happen with any suede boot.
How to keep suede shoes in good condition:
- Shape: Use shoe trees to help suede maintain its shape
- Protect: Store them in the dust bag (which comes in the shoe box)
- Clean: Use a suede brush to remove any dirt and dust
- Avoid: Direct sunlight which can fade the material
Cost And Value
For $348, are the Paz 70 boots worth it? After trying them out for a while, I’d say yes. The main reasons why I think so is the comfort, versatility, and design.
No matter how beautiful a pair of shoes are, I most likely wouldn’t be wearing them a lot if they’re not comfy. While there’s a time and place for that, I think the most worthy shoes are ones that I know I’ll wear regularly.
The Paz 70 boots are best sellers from Inez Shoes, and there’s a good reason for that. I can wear them from morning to night with a variety of outfits since they come in a neutral color. They’re the most comfortable heels I own, and are worth it considering cost per wear.
